About Kristine A. Weida:
A professional educator with over ten years experience in the educational and therapeutic fields, Kristine has a degree in Education from the University of New Hampshire. She puts her many years of experience developing curriculum, managing classrooms and educating students in both the private and public school systems to work for your child. Kristine has extensive experience working with children of all ages and abilities in both home and academic settings. She is committed to helping your child succeed and reach their full potential.
Kristine has spent her early professional years working in almost every capacity in the childcare field, including directing preschool and kindergarten programs, developing age appropriate curriculum, and educating staff and other professionals about behavior management. She has also invested four years in the mental health field, providing behavioral therapy to children and adolescents with multiple diagnosises, including Autism, AD/HD, OCD, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Kristine spent the last year teaching kindergarten at an accelerated private school in Salt Lake City and is well versed in phonetics, Saxton math programs and various teaching techniques and learning enhancements. Kristine is certified in Safe Physical Management, CPR and first aid, and Autism Level I and II (National Center for Autism certification).
